Getting Pre-Approved for a Loan

It's always a good idea to get pre-approved for a loan BEFORE you decide to search for a home.  Even if you're sure that your financing will be in order, you will want to find out what you can expect in terms of interest rates, monthly payments, down payment required, and any documentation the lender may need in order to process your loan.  Not to mention the fact that while you may hear that Las Vegas is a Buyer's market, good properties definitely go fast and you'll want to be ready to make an offer when you find one. 

The pre-approval process is fairly painless and our lender partners would be more than happy to help answer any questions that you might have.
